Nick is a real life Japanese Horatio Alger story. He left his native Japan as an impoverished youth and found his way to Hawaii. All alone, and with no financial support, he worked his way through the University of Hawaii, majoring in Travel Industry Management. Through a friend’s introduction, he found a position at the New York offices of Dentsu, the world’s largest advertising agency. Working for a Japanese company in the heart of “Madison Avenue,” the center of advertising in New York, Nick was able to bridge the divide between two countries cultures. As an account executive he managed brand promotion for Canon products, introducing and strengthening their presence in the American market. With years of experience and skill in advertising and communications, Nick established Apple Marketing Communications, Inc., where he continues to meet the diverse needs of his clients.

単身でアメリカに渡り、全くの無一文からスタートを切った中原は、自力でハワイ大学トラベル・インダストリー・マネージメント科を卒業。友人の誘いでニューヨークにある電通支社に入社。以来、マジソンアベニュー
と呼ばれたニューヨーク広告業界にあって、キヤノン・ブランドのアメリカ市場導入のあらゆる広告、セールス・プロモーション業務に顧客担当として携わった。長年に渉るアドマンとしての経験と英語でのコミュニケーション能力とを生かし、アップル・マーケティング・コミュニケーションズを設立し、顧客の多様なニーズに答えている

Mike is a smart, seasoned veteran of general and direct marketing ad agencies,sales promotion firms and in-house marketing departments. Known for his irrepressible enthusiasm and inquisitive mind, Mike has the uncanny ability to deliver compelling copy that always hits the mark. He isalso attuned to the cultural nuances of selling Asian-basedproducts and services from his days working in the New York office of Dentsu. Currently based in Boston, Mike holds an undergraduate degreefrom the University of Pennsylvania, and a Masters of Science in Advertising from Northwestern University.

Lydia was born in Boston and has lived in Quebec, Paris and New York.Literature and language are her areas of scholarly interest and she receivedher doctorate in Comparative Literature from Columbia University. She has taught French and English Composition and Grammar at the university level, and has worked as a journalist and free lance copywriter. Naturally gifted in foreign languages, she is fluent in French, conversant in Italian and has a reading knowledge of German and Latin. She studied Chinese as an undergraduate at the University of Pennsylvania and is about to undertake a course in Japanese.

リディアはボストン生まれのアメリカ人だがカナダ、フランスと海外に住み、ニューヨークにも移り住んだことがある活発な女性だ。もともとは文学と語学専攻だが、コロンビア大学では比較文学専攻で博士号を取得している鬼才だ。彼女はフランス語と英語の作文、文法を教えるかたわら、ジャーナリストとしても働き、フリーのコピーライターの経歴を持つ。フランス語はもとより、イタリア語、ドイツ語、ラテン語など多言語を操る生まれ持っての才能に恵まれている。ペンシルバニア大学では中国語も学び、今は日本語のコースに取り組んでいる。
